We had an amazing experience with Vivi at Jenny Bay Diamond! My mother-in-law sadly lost her 1-carat diamond, so we needed to find a replacement stone and recreate the original design. This time, she wanted a diamond with at least VVS1 clarity. Since the price was quite high for us, we compared many different jewelers — and Vivi stood out by far.

She was the only one who explained everything in great detail, helping us understand the differences in quality and value. Even though we didn’t make a decision right away and asked her to search for options with the best value many times, she remained incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

Joey was absolutely fantastic in helping me with a new ring for a yellow sapphire stone I already had.
